The Hawaii Tango Marathon 2018 will be held at The Aloha DanceSport Center conveniently located between downtown Honolulu and Waikiki/Ala Moana.

Two great dance floors! Special presentations, midnight snacks and refreshment, massage specialists, and even a Friday night Sunset & Fireworks Boat Cruise in the planning (small fee)

We'll have a Welcome Milonga on Thursday night 1/25 at the Honolulu Club and a Farewell Milonga on the following Monday 1/29 at the Honolulu Club. These are pay-at-the-door optional events not included in the Tango Marathon pricing.

Attendance will be capped at 160 persons, gender-balanced. If your selection is sold out at that moment, please e-mail me at islatango@hotmail.com to be placed on the waiting list. Those on the list will receive first priority for the next available slots. - GG

Hotels....my first personal choice is the Ambassador Hotel on the edge of Waikiki. Reasonably priced nightly rates start at $95/night

Another choice but more pricey is the Ala Moana Hotel, conveniently located next to the Ala Moana Shopping Center.
Good nightly rates are available through Trivago/Bedfinder.

That being said, I highly recommend AirBnB Oahu
Excellent rates, no hidden costs or resort fees. Rates start at $50/night. Many units are actually condos in Waikiki, and a few local houses or apartments. I checked it out. I would probably do AirBnB.... - GG
